Land of Voyagers

This project began to follow the Tuia 250 commemorative voyage from Tahiti to Aotearoa, and features interactive tracking data for six Tuia 250 vessels. The website continues to celebrate the incredible and often untold stories of Polynesian voyagers throughout history with a multimedia collection that helps bring the stories to life.

Kō ngā tahu ā ō tapuwai inanahi, hei tauira mō āpōpō.

The footsteps laid down by our ancestors centuries ago create the paving stones upon which we stand today.
