Bird of the Year
Te Manu Rongonui o Te Tau is a celebration of the native birds of Aotearoa NZ. This annual election-based competition run by Forest & Bird, Te Reo o Te Taiao, encourages people across the motu to learn more about and vote for their favourite manu, in order to raise awareness of our wildlife, their conservation status, threats to their wellbeing, and efforts to help.
