The Olympic Games

Inspired by the ancient Greek games, the modern Olympics are international sporting events hosted by different countries in turn since 1896, featuring summer and winter competitions, special youth and disability divisions, with thousands of participating athletes and more than 200 teams representing nations and territories from all around the world.
