About Activity

This play-based activity is designed to help learners gain skills and experience with digital technologies by practising basic programming through an iterative process to direct Sphero bots.

Learners will aim to accurately trace the outline of geometric shapes with their Sphero by coding a program that controls direction, speed and timing. They will take into account the number of sides and corresponding angles for a shape and have fun while working to refine and improve their programs over multiple attempts, or iterations.
